  Hey good morning guys this is your boy Venedict welcome to my blog. today we're going to do   exercise because we want to be healthy living in our life. by the way guys if you want to loss     weight here's my healthy way to loss weight.

. Do not skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast will not help you lose weight.
2. Eat regular meals.
3. Eat plenty of fruit and veg.
4. Get more active.
5. Drink plenty of water.

  1. if you want to loss weight you need to follow healthy way and not the bad way of losing weight, because it can cause a ill if you follow the bad way of losing weight.
